Training Day 7: Lasagna Was a Bad Choice
So note to self- never eat a massage piece of lasagna prior to running any sort of distance! This was by far my hardest day of training so far. And the worst part is that it should have been an easy day! It was only a 3 mile run but I left it to the end of the day and had not properly fueled myself throughout the day so by the time I had to run I still needed to eat and the only thing around was lasagna. So of course I chose to eat it.... I mean what was I supposed to do... not eat?! Yea Right lol. So I was full (too full) of yummy carbs on top of being extremely sleepy. So lets just end it there lol tough day of training ... but I MADE IT :) Day 7 down for the count. Bring it on 8Miler :)
